Fisher-Price is partnering with charity Save the Children for a new deal that aims to give every child the chance to play and learn.
Kicking off on November 2nd to December 24th, £1 from the sale of 16 different toys from the Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn range will be donated to the children’s charity.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Save the Children to help make a difference to the lives of children in need at this time of year,” said Wendy Hill, brand activation director at Mattel UK.
“Play is a hugely important part of a child’s development and we hope this campaign will help give every child in the UK the chance to play and learn.”
Tom Rahilly, director of UK programmes at Save the Children, added: “A staggering 3.9 million children are growing up in poverty in this country. Their childhood is not so much a chance to play and learn as a struggle just to get by.
“This is why our campaign with Fisher-Price is so important to help give the UK’s poorest children the chance to play and learn and ultimately reach their full potential.”
